How to report
Email [email protected] with:
- What you are reporting (pick the closest category below).
- What you know about where and when it happened - a username, a link to a stream or clip, a screenshot, an approximate time. Whatever you have; partial information is fine.
- If you are reporting misuse of your own likeness: a statement that you are the person depicted (or are authorised to act for them) and that you did not consent.
What we act on
- Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual or intimate content depicting a real person without consent, including AI-generated “deepfake” imagery. Valid reports are removed and acted on within 48 hours.
- Likeness misuse. Someone using your face - or the face of someone you represent - as a persona or in generated video without consent. We will investigate, remove offending personas, and take account action.
- Content involving minors. Reported with the highest priority; suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC or the equivalent authority.
- Copyright. If your copyrighted work is being used without permission, email [email protected] with: identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, a statement (under penalty of perjury) that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
- Anything else that violates the Acceptable Use Policy - fraud, harassment, identity-verification bypass, and so on.
What happens next
Every report gets a human review. Where a report checks out, we remove the content or persona, suspend or terminate the account under the Terms, and — where the law requires or the conduct is criminal — report to the relevant authorities. We keep reporters’ details confidential except where disclosure is legally required.
